Banana Bread

Banana Bread
(This is one of my grandkids favorite treats.  It is so moist and yummy).

4 cups of Sugar                   5 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt                    teaspoon Soda
Mix these 4 ingredients together.

Blend the ingredients listed below and add to sugar\flour mixture.
1 cup Vegetable oil              6 Eggs
1 cup Water                       2 cups Mashed bananas (6 small)

Makes 3 large loaves. (I like to make into muffins also)
Bake at 325 degrees until light brown.  About 1 1 hour.

Cowboy Baked Beans - SanirbaS Style

1 - 1 lb. can of Bush Baked Beans (drained)
1 - 1 lb. can of Baby Butter Beans (drained)
1 - 1 lb. can of Dark Red Kidney Beans (drained)
1/2 lb. of ground beef (browned)
1/2 lb. of bacon (diced-fried-darined)
1 medium white onion (chopped)
1/4 cup mustard
2 tablespoons of white sugar
2 tablespoons of molasses
1 cup + 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/4 cup of ketchup

Mix all ingredients together and place in a 2 quart casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.  Serves 8 - 10 people.
This is great for potlucks and picnics.  Great when made in a roaster or slow cooker.

I like to add beef franks and extra bacon for special guests.  Better the next day as left overs.  Can be served as a meal with homemade bread or as a side dish with Bar-B-Q beef sandwiches, etc.
